Vendors have to submit the original bills to BHEL within 7 days of uploading the bills in RXIL / M1Exchange / InvoiceMart portal, duly mentioning the instrument ID on the bill. Else, the bills will be processed as normal bills.
Bill already submitted to / processed by BHEL should not be uploaded in RXIL / M1Exchange / InvoiceMart Portal.
