Life Certificate
Life Certificate to be provided as per the option chosen and the agency opted. Life certificate to be obtained from the Branch Manager of the bank where the pension is getting credited and to be sent to the agency thro post/courier. It is optional to send the scanned copy of the life certificate to the agency concerned by email also, in addition to the above.
- For LIC each district will have a P&GS branch where the pension will be dealt and the individual can approach them directly along with the pension annuity paper so that the Person Incharge will send the life certificate online to the branch concerned.
- For SBI Life, the same can be obtained by visiting the nearest branch
- For HDFC life, they have now introduced a new video scheme where a mail/sms will be sent to the concerned and they can upload the video as per the instructions given without physically approaching the branch.
